Return & Exchange Policy

At ValueWholesaleMart Inc., we strive to provide high-quality wholesale products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
A return request is submitted within 3–5 business days of receiving the order
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Overstock or unsold inventory
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

2. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance. To request a return:

Contact our support team with your order number
Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases where only part of the order is affected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Clearance or final sale items
Perishable or consumable goods
Customized or special-order products

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
